This WOD was a total killer!! I was able to RX Helen which I was so happy about! I wasn’t able to do the double unders though, so I did singles.. Those lunges, HORRIBLE lol But I finished in 36:08 which is fine with me, even though I was a little slower doing the KB swings, it was my first time using the 53pds in a WOD, and being that when I started crossfit I was using the 26pnd KB.. so I was happy with my overall performance
